"BODY AGENT" will strictly manage the personal information of the registrant within a reasonable range so that it will not be unduly touched by a third party. The viewing of the registrant's personal information is limited to those approved by "BODY AGENT".

4. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

"BODY AGENT" will collect information for the purpose of making inquiries to the facility, applying for membership through the registration form provided on this website.

5. Use of Personal Information

"BODY AGENT" will not disclose the personal information of the registrant to a third party without the consent of the registrant, or use it for any purpose other than the purpose described in the preceding section, except in the following cases.

• When required by law

• When it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person

• When it is particularly necessary to improve public health and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
   

6. About How Registrant's Information Is Added Into Database

The information entered in the registration form will be added into database by contracter and then the "BODY AGENT"' will judge if there are sufficient protection level of personal information, and "BODY AGENT" will add it in the database server of the company that performs necessary and appropriate supervision. The company's business is only the maintenance and management of registered information, and the company will not disclose, provide or use the personal information of registrants beyond the purpose of collecting personal information described in Section 4.

7. What Happens If You Do Not Provide Personal Information

"BODY AGENT" collects personal information for the purpose described in Section 4, and if the registrant does not enter the required items in the registration form, we can not contact the registrant.

8. Disclosure / Correction / Deletion of Personal Information

If the registrant requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information, we will respond within a reasonable range. If the registrant wishes to correct the personal information  shall contact the "BODY AGENT"'s contact written in Section 10.

9. Retention Period of Personal Information

Unless the registrant requests to delete the personal information, "BODY AGENT" will keep the personal information from the date of registration. If the registrant requests deletion, he / she shall contact the "BODY AGENT"'s contact written in Section 10.

11. Change The Rules

"BODY AGENT" can change this agreement at any time without obtaining the prior consent of the registrant.
